$25,000,000.00 Contract for City of Austin Chilled Water Construction in the ROW

On April 11, 2023, Austin City Council awarded DeNucci Constructors contract number CLMC 947 which is the $25,000,000.00 2023 IDIQ Contract for Austin Energy for Chilled Water Construction in the Right-of-Way. The contract will be composed of multiple assignments including the Chilled Water connection to the Mexican American Cultural Center on River Street and the new Republic tower on 3rd Street in downtown Austin.
